Eugene Turner, Boyd Professor, Louisiana State University; Co-Chair INTECOL Wetlands Working Group, recipient National Wetland Award, Blasker Award for Science and Engineering, and INTECOL Life Time Achievement Award for work on the low oxygen zone off the Mississippi River (the DEAD ZONE) and wetland conservation and restoration.
